Our planning stage typically involves the creation of a Wire Frame that storyboards the layouts and functionality. We may also brainstorm both the marketing messages and logistic issues behind the project to ensure everything ties-in with your internal operations.

Once the Wire Frame is complete, we can then proceed to the next stage.

Typically we work through a list of online advertising channels, including affiliate networks, community websites, search engines, pay-per-click programmes, social networks and media libraries. Identify which competitors appear where (and what approach they take) then capitalise on any shortfalls.

The design process is complete when the artwork is deemed to be perfect. You will be 100% confident in the finished design and so will our team. We ask you to formally approve the artwork before moving onto development.

The final test is to ensure the page download speed is efficient. We may run some optimisation checks against large images and source-code to ensure the final experience of using the website will be quick.

This stage is complete when all of our internal testing is done and you have generally approved the features that can be demonstrated.

Note: As standard we currently ensure compatibility with Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera. All other browsers may be subject to some variation in design or functionality.

The majority of websites we create are powered by PHP and MySQL, a programming language and database used worldwide by hundreds of thousands of individuals. We choose this combination because of its robustness, efficiency and popularity. Its also present on virtually all Linux hosting packages meaning the websites we create are portable.

To keep it really simple, we have three options and you can upgrade your service at any time.

Our starting solution is shared hosting (on one of our dedicated servers). Here you pay a nominal fee each year to keep your website online and the cost burden of a dedicated server is split amongst a range of our clients. Its perfect until you begin to gain some real momentum.

Our other two options are a low-contention ratio hosting (sharing a dedicated server with only a few clients) and true dedicated server hosting. More details are available upon request.

After a few months we will be able to establish a solid conversion rate, we can then work with you (optionally) to perform some a/b testing and user profiling to help increase the conversion rate therefore making the website more profitable and allowing us to further embrace advertising channels.

With a strong client base, we can also look into email marketing and previous customer promotions to help generate repeat business and gain customer feedback (often overlooked online).
